For a full return and/or exchange, you must return the item back in its original condition and in its original packaging (unworn, hygiene tag must be unbroken). Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date that the customer received the product(s). Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt along with a note stating the reason for a return/exchange.
Euphoria is please to offer a hygiene tag system with all applicable hair pieces. The hygiene tag is placed on items to ensure items have not been worn, or tampered with. Once the hygiene tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the item is considered worn and will be a final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item/merchandise in question does not meet our standards. No price adjustments or price matching. All sales are final on markdowns. We do not offer returns for discounted items, sale items, and special orders.
Items purchased at other retail locations or promotional events are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

ALL purchases made at Euphoria Hair & Accessories Lounge are FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. All purchases made at locations, pop up shops, and events are final sale.
Special Policy for Hair Extensions
Please note that the hair extensions are not returnable opened out of the package or if the hygiene tag is removed. Hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and thus, we do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.
Exchange Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send the package back to us with traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Euphoria will not be held responsible for lost returns.
